The weekly perspective
One question to ask yourself
Am I healed or am I isolated with no one around to trigger me?
Journal on this - in any domain of your life. Let's take food as an example. Do you have a great relationship with food? Or do you just avoid the foods that trigger you, track everything and only feel ok about it when you're exercising 'enough' to do so?
Something to consider
A lot of people dream. And while they are busy dreaming, the really happy people, the really successful people, the really interesting, powerful, engaged people? Are busy doing - Shonda Rhymes
You might wander why I'm pushing you to action 9 days before christmas. But this doesn't have to be work, productivity, achievement focused. Consider the joy, the connection, the rest you long to have. Are you doing it? Or simply wishing for it?
One thing I'd tell my younger self.
Be grateful that you slipped through the hands of people who did not know how to hold you
Oh. You're welcome for this one. Kind of self-explanatory.
One thing to try this week
Act fast. Move quickly.
When you get a good idea, make it your default to do something about it as soon as you can (then it's the holidays, don't worry). Too much fannying around thinking about things, too little action taking

One more thing...
Please share your favourite stuff.
Thank you all for continuing to share your favourite Monday email quotes. I see them all. I know how much I love seeing impactful quotes from strangers, so it means a lot that you allow me to hopefully be that person for someone else. f there's something you really relate to or know someone who'd benefit from something in this email, please share it and pay it forward. Words are magical, and if I've learned anything from writing these emails to you for years, you never know when someone needs to hear the exact thing you've got to say.
