Something to consider

Journal on this - is consistent a word that someone would use to describe you? Is it something you want more of? What are you doing to make that happen? What will you change in the new year to ensure you're more consistent in your endeavours? Add accountability? Change your routine? Recognise why consistency is important for your values?
One thing I'd tell my younger self.
Rest is a supply of fuel
If, like me, you find winding down at this time of year challenging (whilst recognising the want and need to slow down and be present), remind yourself of this. Consider how you want to feel in January - exhausted? And regretful that you didn't enjoy the rest that was enforced on you as those around you slowed down, stores closed and gyms reduced their opening times? Or recovered, excited, rejuvenated and ready for the freshness of a new year?
One thing to try this week
Quantify how you spend your time.
This sounds a bit analytical for me, doesn't it? But sometimes, it's helpful to be objective about how we spend our time and if that is serving or hindering us. Do you really need to spend 90 minutes in the gym then complain you're too exhausted for anything else? Does that task really take 2 hours or is it a 1 hour job interspersed with scrolling and snacking? Is it any wonder you're feeling low when you spend 45 minutes today complaining about others and things outside of your control? Just wondering...
A few things to tell you...
Find yourself stressing at this time of year, about not working, or how much work you've got? About what you ate, what you didn't do, how much you've still to do? The fight with your mum, the lack of family time? I made this meditation just for you.
