At this time of year at ETPHD, we get busy with people who want to diet for summer
 
You might be reading this thinking, that’s me, new years resolutions have either been amazing and I’m in a great place with my relationship with food and ready to diet
 
Or they’ve been a bit shit and you feel like you haven’t made any progress (note I say they’re shit, not you)
 
Either way, it’s March, you’re thinking about summer and thinking you want to lose some weight 
 
The first thing I want to say, and probably the most important, is that feeling better in your body is about improving your body image, more than it is about changing your body fat. If you don’t improve your body image, take action in that direction, the rest of the stuff is a moot point (moo point...) 

Because cultivating peace within your body at every size is what you need to avoid only feeling happy when you're at your smallest or where you perceive you are most 'controlled' (you can't maintain that forever)
 
The second is the mandatory reminder that you already have a summer body, the body that you’re in right now, they’ve carried you through the winter, they deserve to be there for you in the summer 
 
All of that being said, I want to help you achieve your fat loss goals
